Cancellation Policy
We hold dedicated time for every appointment, so our cancellation and rescheduling rules differ depending on the kind of visit you have booked. Choose the section that applies to you.
New Patient Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We reserve dedicated appointment times for every new patient. To help us maintain an efficient schedule and make appointment times available to other patients, the following cancellation policy applies to all new patient appointments.
Payment Method Required
A valid payment method must be kept on file in order to reserve a new patient appointment. Your payment information is securely maintained and will only be used in accordance with our office policies.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
New patient appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
The $50 fee is the patient's responsibility and is not submitted to or billed to insurance.
Applying the Cancellation Fee to a Future Appointment
At the office's discretion, the $50 cancellation fee may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment when the patient reschedules.
Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the office when circumstances warrant an exception.
By scheduling a new patient appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Existing Patient Appointments
We understand that unexpected situations happen and that appointments sometimes need to be changed. However, same-day cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that appointment time to another patient.
For established patients, appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the day of the appointment may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Appointments missed without notice may also be subject to the same fee.
This fee is not an insurance-covered service and is the patient's responsibility.
We understand that emergencies and circumstances beyond your control may occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the office when there is a legitimate emergency or other extenuating circumstance.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please contact our office at least the day before your scheduled appointment.

Massage Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We reserve dedicated time for each massage appointment. Because late cancellations and missed appointments prevent us from offering that time to another client, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Payment Method Required
A valid payment method must be kept on file in order to reserve a massage appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize our office to charge the applicable cancellation fee to the payment method on file when the requirements of this policy are met.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- 24 hours or more before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before your appointment: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled massage price.
- Less than 2 hours before your appointment: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled massage price.
- Missed appointments: Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled massage price.
